Our Story
Bubble waffles originated in Hong Kong and made its way to the Chinatowns of America. We've traveled from coast to coast and discovered this plain waffle on the side streets of Boston, Chinatown. We decided to create something fun and bring it to Minnesota. So in 2018, we opened our first shop after creating a bubble waffle recipe to perfect pair with ice cream and all the favorite toppings one can dream of.
Our waffles are made from scratch every day. We've taken it to the next level by offering super-premium ice cream with our delicious made-to-order waffles that are artfully decorated to ensure a perfect creation for you.

Come and let us help you create a wondrous celebration for you and your guests. Our enchanting and delectable bubble waffles desserts and special drinks will be a lovely treat for any special occasions. Our space is perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, corporate events, and more! It will be a memorable day with many smiles!

Fundraising
Waffle Bar is a fun and delicious way to raise money. Here’s how it works: You request a specific date and time for your Fundraiser at any of our Waffle Bar location near you. Once the request is approved, tell all of your group members, friends, family, coworkers, and all other potential supporters about the fundraiser. When the day comes, everybody gathers at the Waffle Bar Store for some fun and delicious Waffles and drinks during the allotted time. Then finally, when all is said and done, Waffle Bar will donate 20% of the total sales from that day back to your organization! Please note our fundraising program is intended for non-profit groups and organizations only.
Fundraising requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of your desired date, and there is no limit to the frequency of fundraisers that one group can have. You will receive a check by mail within four to six weeks of your fundraiser with the donation.
